Laura Dart

You may remember Laura from a shoot I did of her last year. Well I was lucky enough to get to photograph Laura again while she was down for a visit from Nashville. As you can see photographing her is easy and fun but hanging out with her is even funner (is that a real word?) We roamed around Santa Monica enjoying the culture, stopping to eat some yummy food at Urth Cafe and chit chatting about our businesses and where we wanted them to be in the future. I left that evening feeling inspired and refreshed. The whole way home tossing around ideas of plans for my future. Needless to say it was a great day:)

I love the emotion in these pictures! Great use of hard light, but my favorites are the real soft and subdued images in the location with the reed/bamboo back ground. Just fantastic!
