Uncle Sam

I had a shoot that got rescheduled this past week and since my brother was on hand when my shoot didnt work out…he made me take pictures of him!;)I had just bought some new gear and i was super eager to use it! My brother had scoped out this empty pool up in the hills, pretty close to our house so we headed on over. Im always excited for new spots to shoot but i wasn’t excited about this one, Im terrified of mountain lions!!! haah. The whole time I was scoping the area hoping to see the lion before he saw me. Well needless to say I’m still alive and all of my limbs are attached.Heres some of my faves! Love you bruvver!!

i totally get the mountain lion thing…grew up on 100 acres and we had a lion on the property…always keeping an eye out for those things…creepy!

Wow he scouted an awesome location! I do lots of shoots in the hills and I’m TERRIFIED of the mountain lions. I’m paranoid the entire time. LOL. The session looks great!

I feel kind of odd when I can say that your brother is growing up (very handsomely, I might add), when I have never met either one of you. This blog stalking thing is creepy sometimes… nonetheless, loving the location location location. The photography isn’t half bad either. Just stunning!

I would also would love it if you gave us a little info on your gear and what you used for this photo shoot…I’m guessing you shot with a prime 50mm lens with some wide open apertures and a little strobist action on your the very last photo…I’m dying to know! :)

Kind of strange but I think I saw your brother at the mutemath concert in san diego… if thats at all possible. Wierd to recognize someone from a picture and then put the two together… especially since I live in Arizona… anyway.. all of your photography is AMAZING…
