This past month has been a bit of a rough one for me. I’ve found myself crying a lot, complaining a lot, snapping at people I love a lot…it was not fun. I felt dry and in despair even though i have so much good around me. Ever felt that way? It’s the worst. Im super thankful for the friends I have in my life. They make me laugh, and bring me back to reality. This hang out day came at a good time for me. I’ve never been to the Fullerton Arboretum but I was pleasantly surprised! First of all, it’s basically free ($3 donation is encouraged), and the kids so enjoyed it. We set up a picnic & let them run wild. There’s different sections to it..showing different habitats..which i thought was cool & of course we set up by the desert area
So if your in that area give it a visit!! Thanks Jess & Kristin. Also i’m posting a link to a Bible study Britt Merrick posted the other day. So thankful for his words of wisdom watch it if you want to be encouraged!! >HERE

I love that you live life simply. Your photos tells such an incredible story. And I definitely have to visit the Arboretum. That sounds fantastic!
Sorry to hear about the snapping & crying. I’m having one of those days (no tears just yet) and just came by your blog to cheer myself up. x
