This year and last had been a rough for us. Lots of stress and lots of tears. We were brought to a place where we were broken spiritually, and physically drained. Jesus was our hope and nothing was going to change unless we were willing to give him our worries and grief. Crossroads could not have been brought into our lives at a better time. The friends we’ve made at Generate and the fellowship and growth that we’ve experienced are beyond words. To say we are blessed to be a part of this is a major understatement…MAJOR understatement. I felt that i had to start this blog with some of what we’ve personally experienced from our time there so that you can better understand the impact that Generate has had in our lives and others! First because of the beautiful imagery and essence that you have captured with the staff and secondly because I am personally coming out of the same spiritual slump and know how difficult it can be and how glorious it is to make it out! Hi Denise! I’ve been a big fan of your work for quite some time now… and I’m happy to see how Jesus has been working in your life. I know the feeling of being broken in every which way and being at a crossroads-then realizing how much we need Jesus in our lives. My husband and I recently accepted Jesus Christ and were just baptized last Sunday. Praise God!! Isn’t he so awesome. May he continue to bless you and your family.
